Things to know before you order

Wider boards make a vent more noticeable, simply because the cut sits in the middle of so much uninterrupted grain. Mention your board width when you ask about a Reward Hardwood vent.

Planning to sand and recoat your Reward Hardwood floor later? Bring it up in the quote request. It's easier to sort out before the vent is made than after.

Engineered hardwood can be nailed, glued or floated, and Reward Hardwood is no different from line to line. A nailed floor stays put around the register hole; a floating one moves a hair with humidity. Either way, the measurement we need is the opening.

Reward Hardwood vent questions

What sizes can you make a Reward Hardwood vent in?

2x10, 2x12, 2x14, 4x10, 4x12, 4x14, 6x10, 6x12 and 6x14 inches. Matching cold air returns come in 6x20, 6x24, 6x30, 6x36, 8x20, 8x24, 8x30 and 8x36 inches.

Can you match a Reward Hardwood floor that went in years ago?

Usually, yes. A leftover board from the original install helps most, because finishes change with age and sunlight.

Where do I find my Reward Hardwood color name?

The carton label lists the collection and color. Your installer's invoice usually has it too.

Why is there no price on the Reward Hardwood vent?

Hardwood vents are quoted per job for now. Send your sizes, the collection and the color, and we will reply with a price.
