Getting the fit right

We price hardwood vents per job right now, which is why the product page shows no price. A quote request with the Urban Floor collection, color, board thickness and opening sizes gets you a real number.

Plenty of engineered hardwood, Urban Floor included, comes wire-brushed or hand-scraped. Texture changes how a floor reflects light, and a smooth painted register can't copy that.

Hardwood vents come in 2x10, 2x12, 2x14, 4x10, 4x12, 4x14, 6x10, 6x12 and 6x14 inches. If your opening isn't on that list, ask anyway when you request a quote.

Floors that went in years ago have had time to change color in the sun. A board from the same floor, even a scrap from the garage, gives a closer match than a new sample from the store.

Can you match an Urban Floor floor that went in years ago?
