Do I need to know the thickness of my Vesdura floor?

It helps. Vesdura SPC is 7.5 mm (6 mm + 1.5 mm pad). If you are not sure, send the spare piece and we will check it.

Can you also make a matching cold air return for Vesdura?

Yes. Returns come in 6x20, 6x24, 6x30, 6x36, 8x20, 8x24, 8x30 and 8x36 inches, built from your flooring the same way.
