What to send with your order

SmartCore cartons carry a Lowe's model number and the color name. Put that on your order notes and include one spare plank or tile.

2x10, 2x12, 2x14, 4x10, 4x12, 4x14, 6x10, 6x12 and 6x14 inches.

Where do I find my SmartCore color or style?

SmartCore cartons carry a Lowe's model number and the color name.

Can you also make a matching cold air return for SmartCore?

Yes. Returns come in 6x20, 6x24, 6x30, 6x36, 8x20, 8x24, 8x30 and 8x36 inches, built from your flooring the same way.

Do I need to know the thickness of my SmartCore floor?

It helps. SmartCore Pro is 6 to 6.5 mm incl. attached acoustic pad. SmartCore Ultra is 7.5 mm incl. attached UltraSoft pad. If you are not sure, send the spare piece and we will check it.

Which SmartCore lines can you make vents from?

Any SmartCore click floor you send us. The lines listed on this page (SmartCore Pro, SmartCore Ultra) are the 5 mm-and-thicker click products we have specs for.

Where is SmartCore sold?

SmartCore is sold through Lowe's. If you bought it there, your receipt or order history usually lists the exact color.
