The vent face is mounted on a metal backer, and our vents are tested to 1,200 lbs on a 2-inch puck.

Can you also make a matching cold air return for Biyork?

Yes. Returns come in 6x20, 6x24, 6x30, 6x36, 8x20, 8x24, 8x30 and 8x36 inches, built from your flooring the same way.

Do I need to know the thickness of my Biyork floor?

It helps. HydroGen 6 is 6 mm. HydroGen 7 is 7 mm. If you are not sure, send the spare piece and we will check it.
