What to send with your order

Floor & Decor's SKU number on the carton and receipt (a long numeric code) identifies the NuCore color. Put that on your order notes and include one spare plank or tile.

Can you also make a matching cold air return for NuCore?

Yes. Returns come in 6x20, 6x24, 6x30, 6x36, 8x20, 8x24, 8x30 and 8x36 inches, built from your flooring the same way.

Where is NuCore sold?

NuCore is sold through Floor & Decor. If you bought it there, your receipt or order history usually lists the exact color.

Do I need to know the thickness of my NuCore floor?

It helps. NuCore rigid core plank is 5.5 to 12 mm (retailer-listed). NuCore tile is 6.5 mm (retailer-listed). If you are not sure, send the spare piece and we will check it.

What vent sizes can you build from NuCore flooring?

2x10, 2x12, 2x14, 4x10, 4x12, 4x14, 6x10, 6x12 and 6x14 inches.
