Is Next Floor planks and tiles strong enough for a floor vent?

The vent face is mounted on a metal backer, and our vents are tested to 1,200 lbs on a 2-inch puck.

Do I need to know the thickness of my Next Floor floor?

It helps. New Standard Plus is 5 mm (retailer-listed). Monumental Plus is 6 mm (retailer-listed). If you are not sure, send the spare piece and we will check it.

Which Next Floor lines can you make vents from?

Any Next Floor click floor you send us. The lines listed on this page (New Standard Plus, Monumental Plus) are the 5 mm-and-thicker click products we have specs for.
