The vent face is mounted on a metal backer, and our vents are tested to 1,200 lbs on a 2-inch puck.

Do I need to know the thickness of my PureLux floor?

It helps. Journey is 9 mm (7 mm core + 2 mm pad). If you are not sure, send the spare piece and we will check it.
